The Organizer will do an extensive promotion program on mass media to attract attention from entrepreneurs and public, and to make the event a focus.
I. FORMS OF MEDIA PROMOTION
Advertising on specialist newspapers and magazines
Internet Advertisement
Press Conference: held 1 months prior the show
Articles and news on newspapers/ magazines, TV report from pre-event to post event.
Technical Conference, seminar, presentation
Outdoor Advertisement: banderols and posters will be strategically hanged on main streets of the city where the show takes place and around the show venues.
Invitation to the Show: 120,000 daily invitations, 5,000 opening ceremony invitations will be sent to our database of potential customers, organizations and enterprises for each show.
Catalogue: 10.000 copies will be given to trade visitors.
II. TARGET OF MEDIA PROGRAM FOR VIETNAM AUTO&PETROL SHOW 2010
1. Informing target
To announce detail information of the Exhibition to customers, enterprises and the public.
To attract attention of those interested in the industry, so the number and quality of visitor will be increased accordingly.
To be of service to visitors by introducing exhibitors as well as their products and services displayed at the show, that enable them to have more choice for the right products and suppliers.
2. Sales target
The Show"s media program helps exhibitors to provide information of their products/services to the existing customers and also find potential clients.
To support exhibitors to promote their brand name and win new accounts and orders.
